We're #1!!!
Detroit beat out St. Louis for most dangerous city in America according to crime rankings by Congressional Quarterly. Flint came in third. Gnashing of teeth ensues.
The fact remains: Those rankings are based on FBI crime statistics culled from locally-kept statistics. Lower the Detroit Metropolitan stats, and we'd move down the list.
Meanwhile, we're still pointing fingers and expecting handouts. Somebody do something to save us.

I am glad to see that Detroit is taking the lead in something other than auto manufacturing since losing to the Japanese. I guess crime is a growth industry with different avenues of opportunity. It is good to see midwestern ingenuity taking hold again. Afterall, it helped build this nation. (I had to have some fun with you, Jason. I hope you have a safe and blessed Thangsgiving holiday!)
